  2. Combining Rep Ranges is Superior for Muscle Growth. Heavy weights signal growth mainly through high mechanical tension, and lighter weights stimulate growth through metabolic stress and total workload. Thus, if you're only using one set of rep ranges, you're missing out on hypertrophy potential. Because this program blends rep ranges in the 1-6, 6-12, and 12-20 rep ranges this will stimulate more pathways and lead to more muscle growth.
  3. Movement Variation to FORCE Progression! By rotating movements properly and timely we can override the biological law of accommodation while simultaneously providing strength carryover to the main variation. This is not to be confused with "muscle confusion" which is a crock of sh*t. Muscle confusion causes plateaus, while my variations and movement rotations BREAK plateaus.
