  1. Don't Just Look Like You're Strong, Actually Be Strong! Most bodybuilding programs focus too much on going in 5-6x/week and "chasing the pump." The typical result of training like this is a physique that looks like one could lift heavy, but can't put that muscle to use. That’s if they even get results at all.
